Lower Back pain treatments as well as neck and joint pain are the areas where Musculoskeletal Therapy is designed to treat , we treat muscles and skeletal system using various soft tissue and mobilisation ( not manipulation) techniques.

Used in the treatment and the rehabilitation of back pain, neck pain, joint pain, muscular dysfunction and/or injuries, musculoskeletal techniques incorporate a varied amount of "hands on" remedial & mobilisation techniques as well as home stretching and strengthening exercises. This assists in maintaining functional alignment of the skeletal system.

A consulation consists of a postural analysis, checking overall range of movement using (passive) practitioner moving and (active) patient assisted movement testing, the use of musculoskeletal techniques and a home stretching program is given as well as a treatment session. or referal for Remedial massage or nutritional supplements (eg magnesium) may also be prescribed for a short period to assist rehabilitation.

Consultation includes an assessment as well as a treatment.



Follow up consultation charges are Bowral and Wollongong and bowral $75
Eastwood $85 (1/2 hour consultation) (Long 1 hour consultation is $155)


Pension card holders $10 off an initial consultations in Wollongong and Bowral.
